Our offerings span from the Standard Package (which far exceeds basic expectations in quality and depth) to the all-inclusive Total Package, where we handle every aspect of the training process. The choice is yours: If your schedule allows ample time for supervised practice with your teen, opt for a foundational plan. If you'd prefer our certified instructors to assume a greater share of the responsibility, our upgraded packages provide that support. Complete Driver's Ed Package

Gain extended one-on-one instruction with a state-licensed driving instructor from the Enhanced Driving Institute.
This premium package builds upon the Complete Package, including all its features and benefits, while adding an additional 6 hours of professional behind-the-wheel training. This brings the total to 12 hours of hands-on road instruction with a certified instructor.
Ideal for families seeking to maximize the value and effectiveness of their teenager's driver education experience.
Important Note: These additional 6 hours of professional training count toward the required supervised driving hours for your teen's state driving log submission, effectively reducing the family's mandatory practice hours by 6.

This Ultimate Package serves as an upgrade to our Complete Package, incorporating all its features while providing an additional 12 hours of professional behind-the-wheel training, for a total of 18 hours of hands-on instruction with certified driving instructors.
Designed for families who wish to invest in superior skill development, this option allows your teenager extended one-on-one time with our experienced professionals to refine and master essential driving techniques.
Key Benefit: These 12 hours of professional instruction count toward the supervised driving hours required for your teen's state driving log submission. By enrolling in this package, EDI assumes a significant portion of the mandated practice time, helping to alleviate demands on your family's schedule.
EDI Ultimate Driver's ed package
Complete Package + 12 Additional Training Hours

By request, we offer a package that will provide your teen with ALL state required training. This was designed for the parent who does not have the time and/or ability to make sure their teen is getting the necessary experience and training behind-the-wheel. This package includes all required training by the State of MN plus a few perks:

30 hours of classroom instruction with EDI.

56 hours of road training - 2- hour of road training per week for 20 weeks with a certified driving instructor. (15 hours at night) – free pickup and drop off if needed.

Six hours of required driving hours with a certified driving instructor.

Completion of all logs and paperwork required by the state of MN.

"The Winter Driver" & "Parent of a Teen Driver" Online Courses.

Use of our training car for the state road test.
At EDI, we want every student to have the best training available. This package will simplify the process for your family while giving your teen consistent/top quality training from day one. Let our instructors take on the job of teaching them to drive so you can focus on just being a parent.

Complete Package including 56 hours of road training, Parent of a Teen Driver & The Winter Driver Online Course, Use of our car for State Road Test!

This includes the 30 hours of classroom instruction only. This should be the choice for any teen who will be doing their road training with another driving school. EDI provides our Self Guided Online Course across Minnesota, which means you can get the best quality Classroom Instruction no matter where you live. A letter of completion will be issued after the course to provide to your local drivers ed program for road training.

Additional Road Training Options
Six Hours of Behind-the-Wheel Training : $360
This is package is designed for both teens and adults requiring road training and includes three 2-hour driving lessons. This package will meet the requirements for teens under 18 who have a permit and wish to take their road test.
One 2-hour Driving Lesson : $125
This is just one driving lesson designed to build skill in specific areas, offer a general assessment on overall driving skill and/or an opportunity to see if further training is needed.
Lease EDI car for Road Test : $200
You have trained in the EDI cars, why not take your Road Test in our car. This package provides you with 45 minutes of training prior to the exam and use of our car during the road test. Take your test with confidence! Pickup and Drop off available for a fee ($20).
EDI recognizes not all students progress at the same rate, so we offer additional options for teens to utilize to further enhanced their skills and feel more comfortable when taking their State Road Test.
