What Happens After Classroom is Completed?

Blue Cards Are Now E-Cards

The State of Minnesota has transitioned to an electronic system for Blue and White Cards. Once classroom training is complete, EDI will submit an E-Card for each qualifying student to the MN DVS online system within 24 hours.

A confirmation email will be sent to the primary parent email on file. While this email may not be required at the permit test, we recommend printing it and bringing it along—just in case.

To qualify for the E-Card, all of the following must be completed:

• Full tuition paid

• Program Agreement signed and submitted

• Student enrolled in a “Complete Package” or higher
